Alongside selling MonoTray as a supply-only product, our own installation team — trading as CEMENT 2.0 LTD — can carry out the full job for you: fitting the tray, tanking, and applying the finished microcement surface. One team, one visit plan, one warranty that covers both the tray and the finish.
15-year warranty on both the tray and the microcement finish when the installation and application are carried out by our own team. (Note: the standard 15-year tray warranty that ships with every self-installed MonoTray covers the tray itself only — it doesn't extend to a finish applied by a third party. Booking us for the full job is what brings the microcement finish under warranty too.)

Tray fitting & tanking
Waste connection, water test, solid bed and level, and full perimeter tanking — carried out by our own fitters, not a subcontractor.
Full microcement application
Priming, reinforcement mesh at the tray-to-floor joint, base and finish coats, and a sealed topcoat — in any of our 21 colours.
One warranty, both elements
15 years covering the tray and the finish together, registered automatically once the job is signed off — no separate paperwork to chase.
Quoted & scheduled directly
Handled separately from tray-only web orders — a member of our installation team will call or email to confirm scope, timings and price.

MonoTray is a trading name of CEMENT 2.0 LTD, based in Preston, Lancashire. Supply-only tray orders are handled through this site, but installation and microcement application are carried out directly by our own team under the CEMENT 2.0 LTD name — the same people behind cement20.co.uk, where you can see more examples of finished microcement work. For now we're running both under one roof to keep things simple while the MonoTray side of the business gets established.
